<b>Preparation Instructions:</b><br />

Sauteed Apples: Melt butter in a 8" skillet over moderate heat. Add apples and cook, stirring frequently, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in cinnamon and sugar, reduce heat to low and cook, covered, 2 to 3 minutes, until tender and golden brown.Cool slightly.<br /><br />Waffles: Sift together dry ingredients.Beat egg yolks with sour cream, milk and melted butter in separate bowl until blended. Stir into dry ingredients until blended well. Stir in apples and pecans. Beat egg whites until stiff,moist peaks form. Stir about 3 tbsp. of the beaten whites into the batter, then gently fold in remaining egg whites until just combined. Pour or ladle batter over center 2/3 of hot waffle iron. Close lid cook about 4 minutes, until steam no longer emerges from the crack. Remove waffle.Keep warm in a warm oven while you cook the rest.<br />

Stir dry ingredients into a large bowl. Beat buttermilk and eggs at low speed using whisk attachment of Handy Mixer cordless beater in a medium bowl. Slowly add melted butter.Make a well in center of flour mixture. Add buttermilk mixture to well using a beater attachment,slowly blending at low speed until all liquid ingredients are incorporated. </div>

Then beat at high speed until smooth, reserve liquid puree raspberries in food processor or blender until smooth. Blend in sugar and orange rind and enough of reserved liquid until sauce is desired thickness. </div>

Pour 1 cup of waffle batter into a preheated,well greased waffle iron and cook until golden.</div>

Prepare your favorite pizza crust and get ready to bake, as a regular pizza. Make sure that you have a fairly high ridge, as the there is a lot of mixture, and it is fairly watery. Pugliese bread dough works very well for a crust.</div>

Beat eggs lightly. Add cheese, onion and salt and pepper. Mix gently.</div>
